I had a pleasant time here since it was within walking distance to both Welsh Park and the RIO Washingtonian Center, making it super easy to explore and enjoy some fresh air during my stay, while the friendly front desk staff ensured a comfy and welcoming atmosphere throughout my visit.

I appreciated the modern and clean decor of the Extended Stay America Suites, Washington, Dc, Rockville. The common areas were accessible and well-maintained, making it easy for seniors like myself to navigate without any hassle.

Found various cleanliness issues, including a dirty room with roaches and maintenance problems like dead light bulbs and a malfunctioning door lock. Kitchen amenities needed to be requested, and even then, some items were not well maintained, like the unclean toaster. Breakfast options were extremely limited, offering only granola bars and watered-down coffee. The parking lot was not properly cleared of snow and ice, making it potentially hazardous. Poor security measures, as entry points lacked effective locking mechanisms.
